Blanda
In just the second season on the international market, the Blanda had another great year. The Blanda boasts one of the best ratios of salmon to grilse (many years, salmon exceeded the grilse catch) and also offers excellent fishing much earlier than many other rivers.
East Ranga
This season, East Rangá finished with 960 salmon caught, a very respectable number, keeping the East Rangá among the top rivers in Iceland. However, this was a bit disappointing compared to last year's all time record breaking season.
Laxa
Lax-á is extremely pleased to have procurred the lease for the next few years on the remarkable Laxá in Ásum. We have shortened the fishing season, thus creating a sanctuary period prior to autumn spawning. As of this year, the river is completely "fly only" and we are encouraging voluntary catch and release.
